Whether you or a loved one is experiencing active grief, this “I’m Grieving” button might bring just a little bit of solace. It allows you to express your grief without saying a word.
Designed by Cole Imperi, the “I’m Grieving” button is historically informed but adapted for a modern context. Grievers can choose to wear one on days they want to talk about their loss and can choose to leave it at home on days when they don’t.

The button is black and lilac….black is the traditionally understood color of mourning in much of the world. Did you know lilac is too?
